01How does WhatsApp Business API pricing work?

Since 1 July 2025 Meta charges per message, not per 24-hour conversation. What you pay depends on the message category - marketing, utility or authentication - and the customer's country. Service messages are free. AiOneChat passes Meta's rate through and adds a platform plan on top.

02Do I pay Meta separately?

No. You get a single invoice - platform fee plus conversation costs at Meta's actual rates. No double-billing, no separate Meta account to settle.

03Which WhatsApp messages are actually free?

Service messages - your replies to a customer - are free for every business. Utility templates are free while the 24-hour customer service window is open and charged outside it. Marketing and authentication templates are always charged. And when someone messages you from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad, everything you send in the next 72 hours is free.

04How do team members work?

Each plan includes a set number of team members - see the compare table above - with roles and permissions included. If extra seats are offered, you can buy more on the Team page for a one-time price shown before you pay.

05How does the AI chatbot pricing work?

The AI chatbot is included on the plans that show it in the compare table above, each with its monthly AI replies listed there. Beyond that quota, AI replies are charged from your wallet at the listed rate.

06Do you offer a free trial?

When a free trial is on, every new account gets it automatically, along with any signup wallet credit - the signup page shows the current trial length. No card is needed to sign up.

07What about GST?

GST (0%) is added on top of the platform fee for Indian businesses, and every invoice is GST-compliant. Conversation costs are billed at the listed rates.

08Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing cycle - no cancellation fee and no lock-in. Any wallet balance you have left stays in your account until you use it.

09Which currencies can I pay in?

INR by default, with GST invoicing for Indian businesses. Wallets in USD, EUR, GBP, AED and SAR are also supported.
