WhatsApp lead management & sales pipeline
Every WhatsApp enquiry, tracked until it closes.
Mark a contact as a lead and it gets a stage, an interest score and a value. Schedule the next follow-up with a template and it goes out on its own. Lead health tells you which ones are slipping, and the pipeline tab shows stage counts, win rate, conversion and what closed this month.
Five columns. One honest answer to “where is that deal?”
Mark a contact as a lead and it lands in New. Every move you make - or the AI makes - puts it in the next column, with the date it got there. Lost sits beside Won, so nothing quietly disappears.
Six things happen. You do two of them.
The loop runs itself in this order. Watch it go round - the step that is lit is the one the product is doing for you.
- They message your number01
The contact is created on its own - no form, no data entry.
- The AI files the lead02
A question about a price, a product or a booking is saved with that intent, an interest score and notes.
- You set stage and value03
Move it along and put a number on the deal - the pipeline value adds itself up.
- The next step gets a date04
Schedule the follow-up with a WhatsApp template and the number it goes out from.
- It sends itself05
At that time the template goes out and the follow-up is stamped - you need not be at your desk.
- You log what happened06
Mark it done with the outcome - interested, needs info, no response - and the stage moves on.
The list tells you which ones are slipping.
Every open lead is re-checked in the background and given one of four states, worked out from its follow-ups and its activity. You never set this by hand.
A follow-up is booked comfortably ahead, or the lead was active in the last day.
The follow-up falls due within a day, or nothing has happened for three days.
A scheduled follow-up has already passed. These are counted separately at the top of the page.
No follow-up booked and no activity for over a week - the ones that quietly go cold.
Not a dashboard of vanity numbers.
Every figure here is counted off your own pipeline - nothing is estimated, and nothing is there to look impressive.
- Stage counts & value
- Win rate
- Stage-to-stage conversion
- New leads per day
- Score spread
- Sources & tags
- Overdue follow-ups
- Closed this month vs last
You turn it on once for the whole workspace at a one-time price, paid from your wallet - the price is on the pricing page. Until it is on, the Pipeline, Follow-ups and Analytics tabs stay locked and lead fields on a contact are ignored. Your contacts, chats and everything else work as normal.
WhatsApp lead questions
How stages, follow-ups, lead health and pipeline analytics work in AiOneChat.
A sales pipeline built on your WhatsApp contacts. Any contact can be marked as a lead and moved through New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Won and Lost, with an interest score, a deal value and scheduled follow-ups against it.
It is an add-on rather than part of a plan - a one-time price paid from your wallet, shown on the pricing page. Until it is on, the lead tabs are locked and lead fields on a contact are ignored.
Yes, when you attach an approved WhatsApp template to one. At the scheduled time it is sent from the number you picked and stamped as sent. A follow-up without a template stays a reminder in the queue for you to action.
Healthy means a follow-up is scheduled comfortably ahead or the lead was active recently. At risk means a follow-up is due within a day, or nothing has happened for a few days. Overdue means a scheduled follow-up has passed. Stale means no follow-up and no activity for over a week. It is recalculated for every open lead in the background.
Yes. With the AI chatbot on, a customer asking about a price, a product or a booking is saved as a lead with what they asked for, an interest score and notes - and the AI analytics page links straight to those leads.
Leads per stage with their value, open and won counts, win rate, stage-to-stage conversion, new leads per day over a fortnight, the spread of lead scores, the sources and tags leads come from, overdue follow-ups, and revenue closed this month against last.
Contacts CRM is the list - every customer who messages you, with tags, notes and opt-in. Leads is the sale on top of it: stages, scores, follow-ups and pipeline reporting for the contacts you are actively selling to.
