Each event takes the same five steps before a message leaves your number.
- Event arrivesShopify or WordPress posts it to your AiOneChat endpoint.
- Signature checkedShopify webhooks are checked against their HMAC-SHA256 signature.
- Switched on?Only events you turned on go further. The rest stop here.
- Variables filled{{1}} first name, {{2}} order number, {{3}} total or tracking link.
- Sent and savedSent as your approved template, and saved to message history with its delivered and read status.
If a send fails, the integration shows Needs attention with the error, so you know what to fix.
