You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by AiOneChat at any time. This includes your account information, WhatsApp Business Account credentials, contact lists, message history, and billing records.
How to Request Deletion
You can request data deletion in one of the following ways:
- From your dashboard - Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and click Request Deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted after 24 hours. You may cancel the request within that window by contacting us.
- By email - Send a request to privacy@aionechat.comfrom the email address associated with your account. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
What Happens After You Request
- Your deletion request is logged immediately and visible to our team.
- Deletion is scheduled 24 hours after the request. During this window you can cancel by emailing info@aionechat.com.
- After 24 hours, your account and data are permanently removed.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, password hash)
- Connected WhatsApp Business Account tokens and credentials
- All message history stored on our platform
- Contact lists and broadcast history
- Automation rules and chatbot configurations
- Template submissions and approval history
- API keys and team member records
What We May Retain
We may retain certain data for up to 90 days after a deletion request for backup integrity and fraud prevention purposes. We may also retain billing records and transaction logs for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.
Third-Party Data
Deleting your AiOneChat account does not automatically remove data held by Meta (WhatsApp), Razorpay, or other third-party services you have connected. You must contact those services separately to request deletion of data they hold.
