Cancellation Policy

How to cancel your subscription or auto-renew - and what happens when you do.

AiOneChat ("Service", "Platform") is operated by SolvSutra Software, India. This page explains how cancellations work for each type of charge on AiOneChat.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your active subscription at any time from Customer Dashboard → Billing → Plans or by writing to us at info@aionechat.com.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you keep full access to all plan features until then.
  • The plan does not auto-renew for the following period.
  • No partial-period refund is issued for the remaining days - see our Refund Policy for details.

2. Turning off auto-renew

Auto-renew can be turned off from Customer Dashboard → Settings at any time.

  • Turning off auto-renew stops the next Razorpay charge but keeps your access active until the current period ends.
  • You can turn auto-renew back on at any time before the period ends without a new payment.
  • If you turn it off after a renewal has already been processed, the charge is non-refundable - the new period is already active.

3. Cancelling a pay-as-you-go plan

Pay-as-you-go is a one-time purchase- there is nothing to cancel. Your message credits stay in your wallet until the plan's validity period ends or you exhaust them. If you have not used any credits, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days - see our Refund Policy.

4. What happens after cancellation

  • Your account and all data (contacts, messages, templates, automations) remain accessible until the end of the paid period.
  • After the period ends, your account moves to an inactive state. You can reactivate at any time by purchasing a new plan.
  • Wallet balance is not forfeited on cancellation - it stays in your account and can be used when you reactivate.

5. Deleting your account

Cancelling a subscription is different from deleting your account. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account or visit our Data Deletion page.
